Coaches Application

Coaching and being a Team Manager for WASP is on a voluntary basis only. Completing this application is only to ensure we are choosing the best coaches and staff for our program, parents, and student athletes. If you do not apply with any certifications or licenses, we will a conduct background check. Team Managers must have AAU membership at a minimum.

Have you ever been removed from a coaching position, asked to step down from a coaching position, or put on probation as a coach?
Have you ever been convicted of a background check crime (defined as any child abuse crimes, murder, manslaughter, felony level assault crime against a minor, criminal sexual conduct, or prostitution crimes)?
