Willie Holsendolph

President, 10th Grade Coach

Retired United States Army Veteran with 20 plus years of services; 22 years of playing sports and coaching; Coached for the Texas Nighthawks (ABA); Currently Pastor of My Father's Business Ministries and Services since 2010, CEO of We C.A.R.E Financial Institute.

Specializes in finances, leadership, mentorship, and logistics, writing curriculums, business plans, and grants.

Education include Pastoral, Biblical Studies, World History, and World Religion, Undergraduate Certificates in Accounting, Personal Finance, Financial Planner, and Advisor, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Marketing, Project Management, Human Resources Management, and General Management.

Certifications: Master Resilience Trainer, Certified Senior Instructor, Small Group Leader, Master Life Coach, National Federation of State High School Coaches Associations Member, AAU Member, USA Basketball Gold Licensed, Accredited Interscholastic Coach, and Youth Developmental Basketball Coach.

As a Coach, won six Army Unit Basketball Championships and multiple AAU Tournament Championships, three Army Unit Flag Football Championships, to include winning one "Army vs Navy" Flag Football Game. As with the adults, I am now committed to preparing our youth to be their best in every aspect of their lives.

As a Pastor, and being used God, my goal in life is lead from the front with the Love of God, blaze a path with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and be a pacesetter in everything I do. I must admit, I am addicted to serving God and others. I'm an ambassador for God's Love and a agent of C.A.R.E.

Carlos Zapata

Vice President, Coach

Bamber High School- Varsity Athlete: 2006 DoDDs- Europe Championship, All conference 1st Team.

Played Semi-Pro Basketball: Bundesliga Basketball- Germany Pro A team 2006-2009.

Education includes attendance at Temple College, AS- Network System Administration, and BS- IT Project Management.

Coaching Experience includes 4 years Youth Development Basketball and Football; currently the General Manager for the ABA Texas Nighthawks.

Certifictions includes USA Basketball Gold License/ AAU licensed Coach.

Lionel Escoffery

Athletic Director and Varsity Assistant Coach

Retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant with 22 years of service. Very Passionate about mentorship and basketball. Currently Assitance Coach with Fort Cavazos (Ft Hood) Men's and Women's Basketball Teams and the Texas Nighthawksof the American Basketball Association (ABA).

Education includes Bachelor of Science and Associate Degree(s) in Applied Science and Management Studies from Exclesior College, and Associate Degree in Science from Cameron University.

Certifications are Equal Opportunity Advisor, Mediation, Master Resilience Level 1 and 2, Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP), Trainer Mentor, Victim Advocate, Basic Instructor, Equal Opportunity Leader, Army Recruiter Course, USA Basketball Gold License, and National Alliance and Youth Sports Certified (NAYS).

As a Coach, won numerous basketball tournaments to include, 2019 NBA Bracket Great American Shoot Out (GASO), 2021 Varsity Road to the Nationals, 2022 National Military Basketball Tournament (NMBT), 2022 NMBT JOE HALL Basketball Tournament Champions, Military Basketball Association (MBA) Veteran's Day Tournament (Women's Division in 2024 and Men's Division in 2023), 2023 Central U.S. Conference Tournament Championship, and the 2024 Battle of Texas Military Tournament Champions.

I am committed to providing leadership, mentorship, and guidnace to the youth and Soldiers of the Central Texas and Fort Cavazos (Fort Hood) Communities.

2007 Graduated from Killeen High School.

Served 6 years in the US Army; currently a small business owner of a tattoo shop.

Currently a student at Central Texas College. Area of emphasis includes 25M Multimedia Illustrator and Graphics and Print Technology.

Completed the Warriors Coaching Certification Program.

On a Personal Note: As a new basketball coach with one year of experience, I bring a fresh perspective, enthusiasm, and hunger to learn and grow alongside of my team. I am dedicated to honing my skills, fostering teamwork, and inspiring my student athlete to reach their full potential on and off the court.
